BarreAmped Fire Extreme Sculpt #ShakeToChange

I can't wait to get my back in shape so I can try out this BarreAmped Fire Extreme Sculpt DVD. I hurt my back gardening a few weeks ago and am still babying it.  I went to the Chiropractor last week.... it is getting so much better, but he told me no twisting and stretching for awhile.

BarreAmped Fire Extreme Sculpt will take you to a new fitness level with advanced muscle torching routines that challenge viewers with a fast paced collection of classic barre workouts to #ShakeToChange.   The BarreAmped Fire Extreme Sculpt DVD is divided into sections so you can do the entire full workout or mix and match the segments to change it up.  The DVD has a two minute introduction; 28 minute Total Body Sculpt Section; 17 minute Thigh and Seat; 13 minute AB blast; 11 minute Sleek and Toned Shoulders and a 12 minute Relaxation Stretch section.  Needed for the workout is something to hold onto, a set of hand weights and a mat.   The purchase of the DVD includes a free 1 month membership to Suzanne's streaming barre workouts and other tips and workouts at  www.suzannebowenfitness.com

  7. I am definitely in need of some toning and sculpting. I haven't broke my hand weights out in a while. This would really motivate me to do so!

  8. I like that we have the option of staying fit from the comfort of our own homes. I personally hate going to the gym and would prefer doing this workout in my house.

  9. It's hard getting a workout in every day, but there are so many options available that my excuses don't hold much merit. This sounds like a great addition to my routine. I could use some variety!
