Just Walk: The Burn To The Beat Walk With Leslie Sanson

NOTE .. Although I was sent the product/products free of charge, I was not paid for my review.  All opinions are my own.

Are you ready for a new Just Walk DVD from Leslie Sansone?

America's number one walking expert Leslie Sansone has a new DVD to help anyone walk off the weight at a pace that is just right for them.

In The Burn To The Beat Walk with customized fitness music to speed your walk for a boosted calorie burn, there are three different, one mile walks.

The Easy Beat Mile
is a three mile an hour walk that takes 20 minutes to complete.

The Brisk Beat Mile
is four miles per hour and takes 15 minutes.

The Super Beat Mile
is five miles per hour of an almost running pace and takes 12 minutes.

You can do all of the walks or pick your own burn.

Plus..... a bonus segment.  After you are done Burning To The Beat, Leslie gets you on the floor for targeted toning, strengthening and firming.  Followed by a total body stretch.  It feels very good to stretch my back muscles after the walk.

I was thrilled to see Leslie getting into some yoga type stretches.  Nothing hard, just some great stretches and core strengthening.  I do these type of exercises to keep my back in shape.  You would be surprised at what a little tummy tightening and stretching can do for you.

For 25 years, Leslie Sansone has taught people of all ages how to get fit, stay fit and feel better about life.  She has 70 million walk fans, and counting.  What started as a few classes in her fitness center has grown into the number 1 walking program in the world.

  11. I just got a FitBit and never realized how hard it is to actually get 10,000 steps in a day. I was averaging about 7,000 and thought I was doing more than that! I think using her dvd's would be a great way to get my last missing 3,000 steps in a day!

  14. This is more easy to do. I mean, everyone does their own share of walking and to be able to make it seem like real exercise looks like fun to me. Better than lifting weights. LOL.
