Pumpkin Lovers Dream Protein Shake Using NuStevia Simple Syrup #Sugarfree

Disclosure This is the time of year I start thinking about pumpkins.  I am not thinking Jack O' Lanterns here, I am thinking Pumkin Treats.
Since I don't do sugary treats, I have to improvise.  Lucky for me NuNaturals has so many NuStevia Sweetners to choose from.  Like the new NuStevia Simple Syrup.

You can use this Sugar Free, zero calorie sweetner for so many things.

Also,... as far as I am concerned.  Stevia is the BEST sugar free sweetner out there and NuNaturals makes the BEST.  Not all stevia is the same.  Belive me... I know.  I have been using stevia for a very long time now.

Pumpkin Lovers Dream
     Protein Shake
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon NuStevia Simple Syrup Or sweetner of choice

Put in your favorite blender to mix
Serves 2

OhMyGosh... This has got to be the BEST!!   If you don't like pumpkin... then.  MORE FOR ME!!!

  11. I'm probably the only person that hasn't had any type of pumpkin flavored anything (yet) this year. Protein shakes when you don't have time for a full meal is such a good idea. Saving this recipe for when I can get my hands on some of the NuStevia Simple Syrup.

  14. I have never heard of this product before! I am trying to find a sugar free substitute for my sweet tea. I have cut out all other sweets but that is one addiction I just can't seem to let go of but if I could find a sugar free alternative that would be so great. Will definitely be looking for it in the grocery store, thanks for sharing this!
