NuNaturals Healthy Sensation Peppermint Patty Smoothie VS Cocoa Mint Smoothie Shake

Disclosure
Just because I eat healthy, who says I have to miss out on all the good stuff.  If you try hard enough you can turn that unhealthy bad stuff into good, healthy, wholesome treats.

For instance, who wouldn't like to sit and eat a peppermint patty?  I know I would, but I can't eat things like that and stay well.   So, I have come up with a heathy treat that reminds me of a peppermint patty.

Healthy Sensation Peppermint Patty Smoothie
1/2 Cup Milk Of Choice
Handful of Peppermint Leaves
1 Aloe Leaf
1 Tablespoon Cocoa or Carob Powder
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2  teaspoon liquid NuStevia Plain Or Vanilla Flavored (NuNaturals)
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon liquid NuStevia Peppermint (NuNaturals)

Place all ingredients into blender and whip it up.  I use my Ninja blender to make sure everything gets chopped up well.

If you are like me and crave sweet treats, this hits the spot.  It gives me my sweet, chocolate fix and I am good to go.

So you don't have fresh mint growing???  Well no problem.  Here is a way to get your chocolate and mint fix easily.

How about using NuStevia Cocoa Mint Syrup?

Cocoa Mint Smoothie Shake
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Almond Milk Or Milk Of Choice
2 Teaspoons NuStevia Cocoa Mint Syrup
1 Piece Agave (Optional)
Put into your favorite blender and give it a whirl.

I am not sure which one of these I like better!

So which Smoothie would you like better.  The Cocoa Mint Smoothie Shake using NuNaturals NuStevia Cocoa Mint Syrup or the Peppermint Patty Smoothie using NuNaturals Peppermint NuStevia.

The Choice Is Yours!!

Your can use NuNaturals Cocoa Mint Syrup on ice cream, coffee, and to make other healthy chocolate mint drinks.  This is also great for cooking.
