  1. I'm Italian, so I like garlic on EVERYTHING. I would use this spread on my bread and eat it just like that - although I bet it rocks on chicken, too!

I know it's super powerful because I know I smell like a garlic patch. That recipe would be such a great way to take garlic.... if one could stand the bite. I know hubs can. Ha
Sorry I had to cut short the other day. A dance student just arrived. She was very late and I thought she wasn't coming. She got lost and said she couldn't find my house ????

  10. Roasted garlic is one of the most amazing things I think I have ever tasted, but I never though to turn it into a spread! Ingenious! I'm going to add more garlic to my shopping list and make some of this spread.

  11. I bet this would be good for my Spaghetti Squash Soup, I put garlic in everything. There are so many things that it enhances the flavor of. This would be a great way to prepare it ahead to have the roasted flavor and freeze it so you can pull it out for week night meals - of course with my being a big garlic fan the spread will be tested out for crackers too.
