Roasted Garlic Spread Recipe
4 Heads Of Garlic
1/8 to 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped Rosemary
. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
. Cut garlic head top off and soak upside down in olive oil for about 5 minutes
(Turn right side up and pour the rest of the oil over the garlic)
. Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil or use a garlic baker
. Bake 45 to 60 Minutes
. Squeeze the garlic out of the skins and season with the salt and pepper
. Use a fork to mash the garlic finer
This can be used on fish, chicken, steak, potatoes, vegetables... anything you like garlic on.
