One Of My Readers Says ~ Vitamin C Helps Remove Human Parasites And Yeast

I have posted before on how some of my readers are dealing with candida and parasites and what they are doing to get rid of them.

Here is how C gets rid of parasites and yeast
I have been using high doses of  Vitamin C for removal of candida yeast and parasites.  I take 5,000 mg of Vitamin C spread out in 2 to 3 doses a day.
I don't take this the same time I take my magnesium or calcium because I heard they neutralize each other.
One thing to watch out for, high doses of Vitamin C can cause you to have loose bowel movements, especially if you have candida or parasites.

Thanks C, after you sent me this, I did some checking on my own.
I learned that Vitamin C taken in high doses can detoxify on a cellular level

Some parasites are sensitive to high doses of Vitamin C salt.  The nematode parasite can be paralized with high doses of  it .

Ascorbic Acid is also suppose to boosts white cell probuction

Vitamin C can help with pain, although my Hubs would tell you NOTHING helped with his knee pain .... Maybe that is why the Cleveland Clinic has my Hubs taking Vitamin C

As always, don't do anything you read on this blog without checking with your medical Doctor.

  8. Ginger also works for pain. I didn't know vitamin C can detox your body. I know vitamin D can take you out of a depression state.

  9. I shy away from mega doses of C just for the reason stated in this post. I honestly can't leave the bathroom. I'm glad some people can benefit from it.

  10. Vitamin C is a great antioxidant. BTW, I would not take large doses if pregnant or trying to be because there are some who say megadoses might interfere with implantation.

  14. I like Vitamin C tablets. I haven't had them since I was a kid though. We do drink lots of OJ if we're feeling a cold coming on.

  16. I never knew this, I much prefer natural cures. Vitamin C is good for so many things. I think it is interesting that they told your husband to take it, wonder why they recommended it to him.

  17. I just signed on as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and I am learning about some of the benefits of these oils, and the natural alternatives to mainstream medicine. The Melaleuca, GX assist and Life Long Vitality essential oils are a great alternative to treating candida

  21. It is amazing what vitamins can help with. I always have a hard time knowing when they say in high amounts if the negatives of a high dosage outweighs the positives...

  22. I'd never heard that before about Vitamin C. Interesting! But I also don't do anything without checking with the doctors first anyway.

  26. I wonder if this would help my little guy, he is so prone to respiratory infections. He doesn't drink enough OJ!

  27. My hubs drinks a lot of OJ and swears that's why he never gets sick. I can't handle juices, so taking the vitamin form may be just the ticket for me!

  31. This is interesting! I have tinea versicolor, which is basically an overproduction of yeast (it affects my chest, back and parts of my arms). I will have to try increasing my vitamin C and see if that helps.

  32. very interesting tidbit on vitamin C. It is so great for the immune system. Nice to know a little more about what it can do.

  33. I've been inactive but want to tell you something. I put coconut oil and butter (small amounts) in my morning coffees as I am intermittent fasting. But I recently found out that caprylic acid (in both coconut and butter) is good for Candida. I buy organic butter. If this is news to you perhaps you will investigate. If you already know about it, excuse me for wasting your time. Best wishes to you.

  37. My mom has problems with keeping her candida levels in check. She has frequent cases of thrush and other problems that can be very annoying and painful. Unfortunately, she can't take most commercially available vitamin Cs because they are citrus based and she is severely allergic to all kinds of citrus and fruits in general. She hates it. She tries as much as she can to eat as much vegetables as possible to get what she doesn't from fruit.

  38. Hmm, that makes me think I should get some vitamin C. I wonderful if it will help my back pain?
