Ninja Ultima Dual Stage Blender ~ Takes Healthy To A Whole New Level

Check out everything you will get when you order a
Ninja Ultima Blender

I use a blender daily.  Mostly, I make a lot of smoothies.  My old blender, never seemed to chop up some of the food I put in it, even when it was new.  It would leave chunks of carrots, celery, dates and other foods.

I have heard so many good things about the Ninja Ultima Blender that I couldn't wait to try it.

Check out all of the different things we have made so far using the Ninja Ultima Dual Stage Blender.   The first thing we made was a Carrot Cake Smoothie, which by the way is DELISH !

One morning for breakfast, I made a Broccoli Cheese Frittata.  The Ultima whipped those eggs up so frothy that they baked up perfectly.   We have been trying to eat a lot more protein.  The Dr who did my Hubs knee told him to eat a lot of protein to heal.

The Ninja Ultima Dual Stage Blender comes with 3 single serving size cups and a blade that fits the cups.  When my Hubs seen the single serving cups, he ran out and bought strawberries and more bananas so we could have strawberry smoothies.

What is so nice about these single serving size cups is, we can each have our smoothie "Our Way".   My Hubs likes skim milk, I like almond milk.    My Hubs uses tagatose, I use stevia to sweeten mine.

.
Look how thick and creamy this turned out.  We also
noticed that the Ultima chopped up a lot of the seeds.
Normally there are so many seeds when you make a
strawberry smoothie.  Not this time!!
Because I struggle with keeping my carbs low, so I can keep candida from taking over my body, I like to do a lot of green smoothies.   I had kind of gotten away from them because my old blender just didn't blend the vegetables well enough for me.    But look at this now.  Check out my Kale And Carrot Smoothie.

The Ninja Ultima Dual Stage Blender Whipped through the carrots and dates like they weren't even there.   Here is a video we did called Dueling Blenders.   I put the Ninja Ultima up against my Oster.

  3. The Ninja made light work of blending those dates! I love your video. Your hubs has a great voice - sounds like a professional announcer to me. The single serving cups are wonderful to have too. I'm impressed!

  4. I have heard SO many good things about the Ninja! I have the same blender that I got back when I was married the FIRST time, so that thing is old and sadly doesn't work that well anymore.

  5. I LOVE my Ninja Blender. I haven't tried out the single serving smoothies yet - but I've made some great roasted cauliflower and butternut squash mash/soups!

    Great review as always, T!

  23. You and your hubs did a great job on the video. I can definitely tell the Ninja did a better job. It poured easier as it wasn't as thick. I'd love to make a strawberry banana smoothie.

  25. You 2 are really getting out the professional videos. Dennis voice is deep and he is easily understood. I love your neat kitchen too. The camera work is great too … you must have had it on a tripod.
We're in for another storm but first for the next 2 days the temps will be in the 40's and then immediately dive into below zero again. That will mean the whole town will be ice so I'm going to Costco to get my supply of eggs. If I have eggs, brown rice and sprouts, I can live forever. You shop at Costco or is it Sams? Costco has brown organic eggs that are as fresh as any in the health food stores, and for a lot less. Actually what I want are 3 laying hens. .
Keep up those great videos…. they are wonderful.

  26. I have a ninja and love it. Though after watching your video, I think I want to upgrade to the Ninja you have. It did such a good job. I think making soups in it would be a breeze.

  27. I really want this so badly. I love the idea of the ninja... it always look so easy to use and better than my current blender type appliances.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Nice team work on the video. You can really see the difference between the two in the video. I always hear good things about the Ninja, glad to see they're true.

And I know I said it before, but your husband has a total video/radio voice. :)

  29. I so WANT one of these. I have a regular blender that does not do the job. I want me a NINJA!

    ReplyDelete
  30. That is impressive! But just wondering on the noise, I hate those blender noises, they are so annoying.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'd love to have a Ninja, I've heard wonderful things and by your video, it's obvious it does a great job! I have a new blender that I got from Walmart a few months ago and I really should have returned it. It just doesn't do a good job at all. Leaves all kinds of chunks and we don't even use it now. It's under the cabinet and hasn't seen the light of day since the first time I used it.

  32. We actually got a Ninja for a wedding (3.5 years ago) present. I need to get it out and put it to work!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I have been wanting to try one of these blenders. It looks awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  34. I've been wanting a ninja so bad! It's hard to justify it through when I barely use the blender we have.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I love my Ninja. It defiently holds its own against the constant blending of smooties and hmm.... frozen mixed drinks. Great review!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'm a little jelly! This blender looks all kinds of awesome. I have one of their cookers and love, love, love it! Enjoy!

    ReplyDelete
  37. The Ninja is such a great piece of equipment! I use mine every day.

    ReplyDelete
  38. This sounds like the best blender ever! I love that it chopped up the seeds too! I make a lot of smoothies, and always get annoyed with the seed that are left behind. Sometimes they clump together and get stuck in my straw which really irks me!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Looks like a great blender! If it can chew through all that it sure deserves to be called Ninja!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Looks like a great blender - I will check it out!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Good for you Terri! That was a cool video... I'm definitely a fan and we have the same Ninja blender color too. :-)

  42. The Ninja sounds like a great blender! I'd love to get started making my own smoothies and green drinks, like you do. They are so healthy!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I love seeing the difference between the two different blenders. Having a quality blender is a must in my house because I use it all the time for smoothies and mixes; and my kids are so not happy with chunks.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Man I so want this version. I have the small ninja that I love!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Looks awesome! I would love to get my own blender but just haven't been able to get one yet.

  58. We just moved and I discovered really quick that I wanted my Nina in the car and wish I had brought it with us across country. Thankfully we get into our new home to morrow so I will be unpacking my Ninja first thing. It is the most amazing blender I have owned - no more chunks in my healthy shakes because the Ninja tears everything apart.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I so need one of those! It looks great. I have 2 blenders right now. They both are not that cool.

    ReplyDelete
  60. This is fantastic. I make shakes every morning. I have heard so much about the Ninja Ultima Blender I am glad to hear it was all true. I will be buying one for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I would love to try this blender. I have heard good things about this.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Great demonstration! I think the Ninja wins too. I hate drinking smoothies with chunks of food in them, it defeats the whole purpose of juicing.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I've wanted a Ninja Blender for the longest time. I have heard so many great things about them!

    ReplyDelete
  71. This looks like a great blender - definitely something that is missing from our kitchen gadgets!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Our blender is getting pretty old and I could use a new one. I will have to check this one out.

    ReplyDelete
  74. See, this is my current problem! My blender doesn't chop everything up & takes longer to get the job done. I really need a new one & actually have it on my not so subtle birthday gift list for the Mr. I'll add the Ninja to the not so subtle hints. :)

    ReplyDelete
  75. This is something my Mark would love to own... lately he is mad for smoothies and shakes and new blender is on top of his wish list

    ReplyDelete
  76. Carrot cake smoothie sounds yum! Never really been into blending - largely because I'm not a huge fan of healthy food :) but I'd say it's about time I started :D

    ReplyDelete
  77. Looks amazing. I only have a cheap bog standard blender but I love making soup and smoothies etc so woyld love something like that!

    ReplyDelete
  78. Teamwork! I LOVE that you got your husband involved! I'd love a blender, and a food processor, but as we don't know what country we'll be in from one year to the next we have to keep our electrical purchases to the bare minimum. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  79. What a beautiful blender you have Terri! I wish to have a Ninja blender someday too :) I love making protein smoothies.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I just love the your video. What an awesome demonstration. I have always wanted a Ninja Blender. I should look into getting one as I gave my old blender to my daughter so she could make purees for my grandson.
