I have been telling my Hubs that for years. I even tried hanging upside down on an A Frame swing we have outside. It didn't work so well. I am no spring chick and once I got up, I had a hard time getting down. Plus, the wood A Frame hurt my legs.
My lower back hurts, which makes my upper back hurt also. I needed something to help me since my chiropractor wasn't doing the job any longer. I need something to help me pretty fast because this is driving me to rely on taking something for my pain.

The very first day I used the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table, I loved the hanging upside down. This is exactly what I have been wanting to do.
After just a few minutes on the Teeter Hang Up, I could feel my back stretching.. right above my hips in the center of my back. It didn't hurt, in fact it felt pretty good. I didn't stay on long the first night because I wanted to get used to it first. Since then, I do it daily. I can't wait to hang on my Teeter Hang Ups.
Another thing it came with is an adjustable arch to give you an even deeper stretch. Just what I need for my low back problems.
My Hubs thinks I should find a spot for the the Teeter Hang Ups instead of the living room. I told him this is where I will use it the most.
The first thing I do after eating my breakfast is go hang out on the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table and give myself a good stretch to start my day off right.
I can tell you this. The Teeter Hang Up Inversion Table is the BEST thing to happen to my back, neck and shoulder problems.
I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and didn't want to post about it until I knew if it worked for sure or not.
I hurt my lower back lifting some things about two months ago, plus working on the computer hasn't helped my back either. After I hurt my back, if I would sit for any length of time, I would have to hold my hands on my back to stand up.
Not any longer. it is like someone gave me a new back without all the old problems I had before. The stretching seems to have helped with my low back problems. I can't wait each day to go in and do my stretch on the Teeter Hang Ups Table.
I still do exercises daily and between them, the Teeter Inversion table and everything else I do,... I am doing so much better. I can now stand up without hold my back.
