Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table Review ~ Hang Upside Down To Stretch Your Back

Have you ever thought to yourself... If I could hang upside down, My back would feel so much better.
I have been telling my Hubs that for years.    I even tried hanging upside down on an A Frame swing we have outside.    It didn't work so well.   I am no spring chick and once I got up, I had a hard time getting down.   Plus, the wood A Frame hurt my legs.

My lower back hurts, which makes my upper back hurt also.  I needed something to help me since my chiropractor wasn't doing the job any longer.   I need something to help me pretty fast because this is driving me to rely on taking something for my pain.

I contacted Teeter Hang Ups and ask them if they would be interested in me doing a review of their inversion table.    I received the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table for review 3 weeks ago.  I have been using it daily for 10 to 15 minutes each day.

The set up of this table is very easy, they send a DVD with Step by Step instructions that are very easy to follow.  Believe me they are easy.

The very first day I used the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table, I loved the hanging upside down.  This is exactly what I have been wanting to do.

After just a few minutes on the Teeter Hang Up, I could feel my back stretching.. right above my hips in the center of my back.  It didn't hurt, in fact it felt pretty good.   I didn't stay on long the first night because I wanted to get used to it first.   Since then, I do it daily.  I can't wait to hang on my Teeter Hang Ups.

The Teeter Hang Up also came with these knob things that are for accupressure.   Oh my gosh do they ever hit the exact spot I need.  They are like a deep massage.

Another thing it came with is an adjustable arch to give you an even deeper stretch.   Just what I need for my low back problems.

This is about the spot where I like to hang for 10 to 15 minutes every day.

My Hubs thinks I should find a spot for the the Teeter Hang Ups instead of the living room.  I told him this is where I will use it the most.

The first thing I do after eating my breakfast is go hang out on the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table and give myself a good stretch to start my day off right.

I can tell you this.  The Teeter Hang Up Inversion Table is the BEST thing to happen to my back, neck and shoulder problems.
I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and didn't want to post about it until I knew if it worked for sure or not.

I hurt my lower back lifting some things about two months ago, plus working on the computer hasn't helped my back either.   After I hurt my back, if I would sit for any length of time, I would have to hold my hands on my back to stand up.

Not any longer. it is like someone gave me a new back without all the old problems I had before.   The stretching seems to have helped with my low back problems.  I can't wait each day to go in and do my stretch on the Teeter Hang Ups Table.

I still do exercises daily and between them, the Teeter Inversion table and everything else I do,... I am doing so much better.  I can now stand up without hold my back.

When you don't hurt, Life is GOOD!

  6. So you don't get a head rush from hanging upside down for that long? I think I would. Other than that, it sounds like a great product for people with back issues.

You two are really getting good at the vids. Very professional. It looks like a wonderful thing for those who can do the upside down things. As I said, it puts too much pressure on my eyes and not good for glaucoma. You're look'n good, baby!!!!

  14. My husband likes to use a machine a little like this (it doesn't go all the way upside down though) at the gym. It has done a great job helping his back problems! He will make a special trip just to use it, which drives me nuts because our gym is so far away. It would be nice to have something like this in our home for him to use daily. I will have to show him this review and we will definitely be thinking of making a purchase. Thank you for the review Terry!
