Spinal Curve Solutions ~ Mini Spinal Curve Restorer Review ~ Helping My Back, Neck And Shoulder Pain

I have been having a lot of pain in my back, shoulders and neck.   I am exercising, wearing a posture brace, sleeping on a special pillow.   I am also exercising, but I am healing so slowing that I know I need some real help.

From the time I get out of bed, my upper back has a pain in it.  Sometimes so bad that it makes me sick to my stomach or gives me headaches.    Sometimes, I have a good day.   I want more good days than bad days so that is why I ask to do a review on the Mini Spinal Curve Restorer.

This chair was developed by Dr Anthony Gambale who has been a Chiropractor for over 28 years.  He developed an In-Office chair that could correct curves in the spine.    Dr Gambale decided his patients should have another option for home care and that is how the Mini Spinal Curve Restorer unit was developed.

When you buy this chair, they don't just send it to you and forget about you.   You will get a FREE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT.  You can do this on the phone or on Skype.

When I got my Mini Spinal Curve Restorer, I opened it and decided just to try it out to see how it worked.     Do you know, I cracked my back twice and the front of my chest once, just playing around.  It felt so good!   When my back cracks, I know I am getting a good workout.

I didn't want to over do it and make myself sore, so I didn't work on the chair until the next day.
The Mini comes with a tutorial so you can work yourself up to the full spine stretch and core strengthening.    There are different stages that you do to work your way up to the final stage.

My back was feeling sore in the upper area by my inner left shoulder blade and my back.  When I lean my head forward, I had a terrible pain, so right after breakfast, I decided to get back on the Mini Spinal Curve Restorer.

Since I can do Stage 1 with no problems at all, I started with Stage 2.  That is where you put a cushion ( the cushion comes with the Mini) behind your back.  You then lay your head over the neck support and try to stay there for 10 minutes.

I can do it for the full 10 minutes and I feel the Mini Restorer stretching my back right in the spot it was hurting.    This is not painful, but you know you are being stretched.  When the 10 minutes is up, I can tell you, you are ready to get off.
When I was finished, I put my brace on that helps keep my shoulders back.   My back felt pretty good for quite a few hours.  Not great by any means, but better than when I started.

Each day, I would add more stages until I reached the final stage, Stage 4, which as I said is the Full Spinal Stretch and Core Strengthening.      In stage 3 there are Advanced Options that you can do with the resistance exercise band that comes with the Mini Restorer.

After using the Mini for 3 days 2 times a day for 10 minutes each, I was no longer taking White Willow Bark for pain, and I wasn't using my Posture strap as much.

I am by no means healed.  This is something that is going to take a lot of time since I have had the curvature in my spine probably since I was a kid.   My spine may never go back into place... and I don't care.  All I care about is the pain is going away.  That makes me very happy and worth every minute I spend using the Mini Spinal Curve Restorer Chair.

Check out here how easy the Mini Spinal Curve Restorer Chair is to use.

  1. How awesome that this actually works. I agree that you should take it easy since your back has been like this for a long time. Over doing it would probably hurt it more.

  2. That's so nice that it really helps stretch it and ten minutes would really do the trick. I think my quick bends and stretches just aren't cutting it, plus I don't really know proper form. That's a nice and mobile solution. Your video was a great demo.

  8. This looks like something that would really benefit my husband. He is always going in for mini sessions at the chiropractor for his back pain. This would definitely save time!

  9. My chiropractor gave me some simple exercises to do for neck and back pain, which I frequently have, and if I do them regularly, it really does help a lot. But, I'm not disciplined enough to do them as often as I should. It's my own fault, I know. My shoulders and arms are beginning to ache when I first get up now. I think it all must be age-related or arthritis is setting in for me. This sounds like a good product!

  10. I'm sorry that you have to live with pain on a daily basis. I suffer from constant pain due to being a Survivor so I know how difficult it can be to deal with. I'm glad you are finding some relief due to this product.

  13. You did such a great job on this video. The chair does look like it would do some good for the body. You can always go out and jump around on the trampoline for a couple hours, then come in and lie back in the chair. Haha I've had extremely vivid dreams the past 2 nights. Not bad dreams or especially good ones..... just the normal garden-variety dreams we usually have.
