Master Tonic Recipe ~ This Is Suppose To Be A Cure All For What Ails you

A very good blogging friend of mine makes a Master Tonic.  When she told me about it, I knew I was going to make it after my peppers were in season.   Finally I got around to doing it.

The recipes say the hotter the pepper the better.  So, I had some Scorpion peppers that I decided to use in this recipe.  They are suppose to be the hottest pepper in the world.
I only used one Scorpion Pepper in this and I can tell you that it is so hot it will take your breath away.
Not sure if I made this exactly right, but from the taste of it.  It should do the trick.

Master Tonic Recipe
1 Fresh  Chopped  Whole Garlic Bulb
1 Fresh Chopped Whole Onion
1 4 to 5 inch piece Whole Fresh Ginger Chopped
1 4 to 5 inch Piece Whole Horseradish Chopped
4  Fresh Chopped Hot Peppers ( The Hotter The Better ) Cayene,  Habenero, Jalapenos, Serranos
Put all into a jar and fill with raw organic apple cider vinegar

Start this recipe on a Full Moon and Jar it On a Full Moon about 14 days later
Store in a cool, dark dry place

Dosage is 1/2 to 1 ounce 2 to 3 times a day.  Put in mouth, gargle and swallow.

Another Recipe calls for

Master Tonic
1 Part Chopped Fresh Garlic
1 Part Chopped Whole Onion
1 Part Fresh chopped Ginger
1 Part Fesh Horeseradish Chopped
1 Part Hot Peppers, the hottter the better.
Put all into a jar and fill with raw organic apple cider vinegar.
Let sit is a cool place for 14 days before using

This recipe is suppose to be a cure all for
Colds
Flu
Strep Throat
Ear Infections
Bacteria
Parasites

Supposedly whatever ails you.

It is sure potent stuff and seems like it could wipe out any germ out there.  LOL  Burns like fire!

  1. Not so sure I would like all the heat. I eat fresh garlic and onion when I am sick so I bet it would cure everything with all that good stuff in there.

  5. Oh man, I think I would be breathing fire for a week if I drank that stuff (from the heartburn that is), but next time I am really sick - it might be worth a try!

    1. You probably have thrush on your tongue. It very well may because garlic, ginger, horseradish and the hot pepper might help. Have you given up sugar products? Cut your carbs?

  23. My mom used similar recipes to this when I was a kid. we didn't know about different heat of the peppers at that time, so everything was just used with Cheyenne Pepper. I can't handle hot items without getting massive heartburn, but let me tell you, surprisingly these tonics really helped a lot of other ailments.

  24. I couldn't brave that recipe. If I had a sinus congestion, though, I think it'd do wonders.

  25. This might do wonders for all the sinus congestion I have had lately. I know just chopping strong onions unstops me!

  26. This sounds like one of those if it doesn't kill you it will cure you remedies!! That combination would be a killer for my stomach--but if I keep sneezing the way I have-I might just try it! (I will take 6 ant acids immediately afterwards!!)

  28. My grandma once gave me something like this, and boy was it spicy. But at least I got to drink milk afterwards, which calms the spicy feeling.

  29. Oh my gosh, I think that would knock out just about anything you were suffering from! I would be scared to try it but I bet the flavors are very tasty if you can stand the heat! My brother would love it though...I will have to tell him about this!

I'm not sure this potion actually kills the cold and flu bugs, bacteria and parasites. I'm thinking you would just smell so damn bad that no one would come in close enough contact for you to catch their cooties!!! kmk

  41. OMG! I don't know I could drink this, but talk about a speedy metabolism if I did. I may just have to force myself! Thanks for the recipe. :)
