I had decided after reading the word HIGH INTENSITY this workout might be more than I was able to do, so I took it with me to my Daughters yesterday and we did the workout together.
Turns out, You can create your own workout, so really, this DVD is great for me. I had a hip replacement many years ago and there are certain moves I just don't do.
Here we are learning the instructions on creating your own cutsom workout.

Upper Body HIIT
Rock Bottom HIIT
There are 5 Complete 10 Minute Workouts, if there is an exercise you can't do, you are shown a modification that normally most people can do. If not, just do it your way, the best you can. It's all good when it comes to working out. Do what you can do.
My Daughter did a much better job at the HIIT 101 workout than I did. I was always late on what I was suppose to be doing
Or, I used my left hand when I should have been using my Right hand.
We were only a few minutes into the first 10 Minute workout and I was panting and sweating. A few minutes later, I hear my Daughter going shweeh. I look over and she was sweating too. So maybe I am not as out of shape as I thought I was.
Lucky for me there was a 10 second recovery between each exercise because I am not sure I could have gone into the next exercise without that recovery period.
If you are like me, you don't always have time to exercise, but most of us can find at least 10 minutes in our busy day to do one of these DVD segments. Or... you can create your own.
10 Minute Solution gives a very intense workout and by the time 10 minutes is up, you will know you had a great workout. You will have worked up a sweat, you might not pant like I did, but who knows... you might pant more than I do.
