No Sugar Added Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Last Sunday was my Birthday.  62 Big ones... thats what I am now.... Yep,  and I will be getting my Social Security Benefits this year.  My first check will start in April.

On my Birthday, my Hubs got me this Door Gym that I have been wanting but kept forgetting to go buy.

My Daughter got me this great coat!!  I really like it!!

They have a heck of a time buying me anything... There is NOTHING  I really need.

My Daughter also cooked me my Birthday dinner, Steaks,  Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries and a Salad... exactly what I would have chosen for myself.     It is a good thing she knows how to cook for an old lady because she may be taking care of me and changing my diapers when I am older.

She also surprised me with No Sugar Added Banana Ice Cream

No Sugar Added Banana Ice Cream

1 1/2 Bananas peeled, sliced and frozen until solid
After frozen, blend until smooth
Place in freezer until solid

You can eat it just like that, or you can add
10 Drops Stevia Liquid
1 Tablespoon Cocoa (I will probably use Carob in place of the cocoa)
To Make Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

This tasted great just the way it was, but next time I will try the Chocolate Banana, just to see how it tastes.

  6. LOVE the coat and the recipe is awesome. Bananas give me wicked heartburn, though, so I don't think I'd be able to make this :(

It makes me sad because I do love bananas.

  12. Happy B-Lated Birthday!!!

    I love the coat!

I'll have to try that ice cream. I make Banana Smoothies a lot: Frozen bananas, freshly ground flax seed and oatmeal, powered peanut butter and sometimes drops of vanilla or chocolate NuStevia.
