When we were offered to do a review on drop in cup holders , we jumped at the chance.
Look how well made these Cup Holders are made
They are made of stainless steel so I don't have to worry about them rusting.
They are also removable for easy cleaning.
These cup holders are made to drop in the already existing slots on your game table, but since we don't have a table with slots, we want side stands to hold drinks and snacks without spills.
This is the stand we are working on. As you can see it needs a ton of work. It has been in my basement for years.
My Hubs told me we should just throw it out, but I told him lets just see how it ends up, so
we measured and drilled the holes.
After the holes were drilled we started priming and painting
I decided to paint the base a coco color and do the top with a stone finish.
So, there the table is ready for my Hubs Weekly Game Night with the Boys!!

ReplyDeleteThanks Alicia, It was a lt of fun to do
DeleteThat turned out great. I know my hubby would love to have those cup holders so he could make some tables too.
ReplyDeleteThe table was very well transformed and those are really nifty. Now just make sure they have good aim when they put their drinks back in haha
ReplyDeleteAim!! With men, that is a problem
DeleteNow the guys can play on a dry table. I love the stone texture paints. I did a lamp with them and it turned out really nice.
ReplyDeleteI used the stone texture paints on another project I did and it lasts and lasts. I still have the stand I did the stone texture on.
DeleteWow! You and your hubs make a great team!
ReplyDeleteMost times we make a great team Linda.... Once in awhile we get in each others way.
DeleteOh what an awesome idea! You guys thought and planned that out really well. And now, no more spills....

DeleteYou are so creative. That will defiantly keep spilled drinks off your crafting. I would like to make a stand to put beside our computer desk. My hubby spilled water on our key board a couple months ago. Your idea would prevent that from happening again.
