Game Night Table Idea ~ Night Stand Redo Using Brybelly Stainless Steel Cup Holders

It never fails!!  Everytime my Hubs has the guys over for game night, someone spills their drink.  Not only do they spill thier drinks but they get food crumbs all over the table.

I have been after the Hubs to build some stands to sit between each player to put their drinks on.

When we were offered  to do a review on drop in cup holders , we jumped at the chance.

Look how well made these Cup Holders are made

They are made of stainless steel so I don't have to worry about them rusting.

They are also removable for easy cleaning.

These  cup holders are made to drop in the already existing slots on your game table, but since we don't have a table with slots, we want side stands to hold drinks and snacks without spills.

This is the stand we are working on. As you can see it needs a ton of work. It has been in my basement for years.

My Hubs told me we should just throw it out, but I told him lets just see how it ends up, so
we measured and drilled the holes.

After the holes were drilled we started priming and painting

I didn't try to save the wood tone on the stand because it is that pressed wood.  You can only sand pressed wood so much before you can't sand any more.
I decided to paint the base a coco color and do the top with a stone finish.
So, there the table is ready for my Hubs Weekly Game Night with the Boys!!

I think the cup holders look great in this.

If you like these Cup Holders and want to buy them for your game table or  stand redo, be sure to stop by Amazon Brybelly Stainless Steel Cup Holders

Won't this stand be GREAT for my "Girls Night Out Crafting Party" ?   It will keep me from spilling my drink all over my crafting.

* I received these cup holders for review purposes. In no way did this affect my review.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

  19. You are so creative. That will defiantly keep spilled drinks off your crafting. I would like to make a stand to put beside our computer desk. My hubby spilled water on our key board a couple months ago. Your idea would prevent that from happening again.
