Chocolate NuStevia Stevia Liquid Review

If you have read my blog enough, you know I use Stevia in place of sugar, and the Stevia I use is NuNaturals.
I would like to introduce you to NuNaturals Alcohol Free Chocolate NuStevia Liquid

You can use this for about anything you want to make,  I love it in my Almond Milk, but it also makes a GREAT in a Chocolate Banana Ice Cream I make.     I am doing a cleanse right now and not eating bananas, so I couldn't make it to show you a picture.

Instead, I made a Chocolate Morning Bran Cake.   This is so good that even my Hubs will eat it and say how good it is.  Plus, it helps keep me regular with all the fiber in it.

I know some of you don't use wheat flour, but you can replace the flour with what you can use.

This tastes so good!!!
Chocolate Morning Bran Cake

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Chocolate NuStevia
1/4 Cup Black Strap Molasses
2 Eggs Beaten
1/2 Cup Milk Of Your Choice
1/2 Cup Prune Juice
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal (not cooked)
2 Tablespoons Flax Meal
1 Cup Unprocessed Wheat Or Oat Bran
1 Tablespoon Cocoa (Optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup raisins (Optional)

Preheat oven to 375*

In a large bowl combine oil, stevia, molasses, eggs and milk. Mix well

Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

Bake in an 8X8 or 9X9 inch greased and floured pan.

Sprinkle top with pumpkin seeds or nut of your choice.

Bake 20 minutes or until it tests done with a tooth pick.

  1. At first I was apprehensive about using stevia, but it's the only source of sweetness I have on the anti-candida diet. NuNaturals is the only brand I will buy, it is very high quality!
