I did this about a month ago or so..... Just never got around to posting it. It seems since I have been taking the Immunophen Pine Cone Extract, I don't seem to have a stuffed up nose any longer. Well..... On with my post!!
Just want to tell you up front.... Don't try any of the hair brained ideas I come up with, especially Don't try this, it burns clear up into my hair line. But... my sinues are so clear now that I just might do it again. Please check with your Dr before you try anything I do... Please!
I have been using baking soda in my netti pot with great results, but I wanted a stronger concoction than what I have been doing so...
I got a straw out of my cupboard and put some baking soda down in a line. Hahahha.... I was laughing at myself the whole time.
Now, this may look like I know what I am doing, but believe me..... I don't!1 However, I have watched enough TV to figure it out.
OMGosh, my eyes rolled back in my head and my sinuses burned clear up into my hair. It only lasted a couple of minutes and then I was in the bathroom blowing my nose. Whoo Hooo!! I can breathe clear again.
Again Don't Try This!!

NO WAY! What an awesome trick. I am totally trying this the next time I get sick. I just hope I don't leave little traces of powder on my nose & have people start thinking I'm a coke head LMAO.
ReplyDeleteWhew boy, that's gotta burn like the dickens.

ReplyDeleteOkay, I'd do this for sure, but I'm a big wimp and just know it would be too painful for me. I know the end result may be worth it, but....
ReplyDeleteIf it burns, I'm out, I'm the world's BIGGEST baby when it comes to any kind of burning/pain.
ReplyDeleteI agree if it burns I probably am not game! We just ordered one of the pots and are going to try it with soda.
