Keeping Hubs Knees Healthy ~ Potomac Joint Health / Omega 3 Review

I have mentioned before about my Hubs having his Knee Arthroscopy and how we are try to do everything we can to keep him from having a complete knee replacement on the right knee.

When Potomac Products Healthy Line supplements ask me if I would do a review of their supplements..  I jumped at the chance.

My Hubs was even all open for the idea.  He has really started to realize how well natural herbs and supplements work.

I was sent Potomac Products Health Line Joint Health and Omega 3.   I have been trying to convince my Hubs how important Omega 3 is for our bodies.

The Omega 3 supports Joints, the heart, and cardio vascular system.   The Joint Health helps to support your joints and it contains 2 premier nutrients found in our joint cartliage.

My Hubs has been taking the Joint Health and Omega 3 for a couple of weeks now.   He takes 2 of each in the mornings.   He hasn't been complaining of any pain lately,  so I think something is helping.

We are going to keep on doing anything we can to stop the deterioration of his joints.

Be sure to stop by Potomac Health on Facebook and say hello!  Also, they have a twitter page and would love to have you give them a follow @PotamacHealth

* I was given the supplements above for review.  In no way did this affect my review.  All opinions are my own.

  1. I listened to Dr. Oz the other day and he reported a new study had just come out where omega 3 was not necessary BUT then he had doctors and all kinds of experts who said it had to help because omega 3 affected every cell in our bodies. So the final outcome was.... don't pay any attention to that study and continue to take the omegas.
I rarely watch Oz but the TV was on again today for him and he was talking about red palm oil being this super food and he never knew about it. I've been cooking with that for years and I have a big bucket of it that I get from Tropical Traditions. His whole program was on the benefits of red palm oil. Did you happen to see it?
    Love to you...

  3. I have Omega 3 pills. I need to remember to take them! They are so great. I think with Alzheimer's disease being in our family it's a good idea to take them!

Just curious, do you know anything about fish oil pills. I was taking them. Then I heard on the news that they do very little to help with lowering cholesterol. I've been uping our Salmon intake and will take the pills until they run out.

  4. It is so important to protect and preserve our knees! My father in law just went through knee surgery and the recovery was rough. I really want to take good care of my knees so I never have to go through that!

  5. They sound great! I've been trying to get mine to take a glucosamine supplement because he's been complaining about his knee for a while, but he keeps forgetting!

  7. Glad he hasn't had as much knee pain lately. I had inflamed knees once. Hurt soooo bad!

  8. My understanding of the new study on omega 3's is that you don't need the pills IF you eat fish several times a week. I assume that's oily fish like salmon.
