You find the very best tonics or whatever they would be called. (tonic is a word my Grandmother would use Ha) This sounds great. I'm very familiar with L-Taurine. When I researched nutrition for cats, I found they need that BUT it is also a great energy boost for humans. I'd love to try it but as we talked about, I'm going to wait and see what Mary Jo's diet does for me.

ReplyDeleteMy doctor feels that leaky gut is the reason I have so many food sensitivities. It's hard to cure but we are working on it.
