Make Your Own Magnesium Chloride Spray With Help From Swansons Health Products

Getting my vitamins and minerals back into my system has been essential in my on going battle to heal from candida.

Most of us that have candida, don't digest like the rest of you. We can take all kinds of vitamins and minerals by mouth and they don't work. That is one of the reasons I have osteoperosis.

Magnesium is one of the minerals I have been very low on.  Every cell, muscle... everything in my body needs magnesium to work.  Magnesium also relaxes me to make me feel less stressed and to also sleep better.   Most people have a magnesium shortage and don't know it.
I am not making that up, that came from my medical Doctors mouth.

Because I don't digest well, I don't use the magnesium I put into my body, but...
If  I spray my skin with magnesium chloride spray, the skin absorbs it and we can get our vitamins and minerals that way. It took me a long time to realize that.

Do you know how expensive it is to buy Magnesium Chloride Liquid?   I have been paying $14.99 a bottle (a small bottle at that) and it only last me a couple of weeks.

I knew if I put my mind to it, I could make my own Magnesium Chloride Liquid Spray at a fraction of the cost.

I can buy this 2.2 pound container of Magnesium  Chloride Flakes at Swanson Health Products ( swansonvitamins.com ) for $14.99.   I can buy distilled water at the grocery store for less than a couple bucks and make as much of the Magnesium Chloride Liquid that I want.

To use it, I just spray it on my skin.

How I make my own Magnesium Chloride Spray Using Swanson Health Products Magnesium Chloride Flakes

1 Cup Magnesium Chloride Flakes
1 Cup Distilled Water

Mix it well and put into a spray bottle.  Store it at room tempature.

I spray myself quite a few times a day (I Do not spray in or near the eyes)

I had a yen to write on Whole Radish again and then I write this health thing on the Duck one. I should have put it on the Radish.

  5. I can recommend a cheaper source of magnesium chloride: They sell it in Asian stores as Nigari. It's used in the making of tofu, but it is just magnesium chloride. I think the last time I bought it it was about $4 for one pound.

  19. That sounds great. Have you noticed a difference since you started using it? I know sometimes products like that take awhile to tell if they are working or not.
