The goal for me is to eat 80% Alkaline and 20% Acid. If I can get my body alkaline candida, parasites, cancer nor most disease can grow in it.
This is the diet. The alkaline side is on the right Medium to High Alkaline food is the best. I try to eat mostly from the very right. Low to Medium isn't bad but there are some things I don't eat on it like... I don't use vinegar.
I very sparingly eat from the left side and only a few things. I eat Legumes and meat. Most everything else, I don't use from the left side.
The above foods from the right side are pretty much what I concentrate on.... except for cider, raw sugar, maple syrup, molasses and raw honey. I don't do any of those.
There are other alkaline diets out there and sometimes one will contradict the other. If you are doing an alkaline diet you just have to pick one and run with it. You will know if something is bothering you. If any food makes you sick, just don't eat it.
I do eat from the left side, but very, very sparingly. If I have a piece of beef, it is a very small piece. If I eat pinto beans, I don't eat many.
