The Alkaline Diet

I have been getting a lot of email asking about my alkaline diet and what I eat.     I took a picture of the diet the Doctor gave me because I was to lazy to type it all out.

The goal for me is to eat 80% Alkaline and 20% Acid. If I can get my body alkaline candida, parasites, cancer nor most disease can grow in it.

This is the diet.  The alkaline side is on the right Medium to High Alkaline food is the best.  I try to eat mostly from the very right.   Low to Medium isn't bad but there are some things I don't eat on it like... I don't use vinegar.

I very sparingly eat from the left side and only a few things.   I eat Legumes and meat.  Most everything else, I don't use from the left side.

The above foods from the right side are pretty much what I concentrate on.... except for cider, raw sugar, maple syrup, molasses and raw honey.  I don't do any of those.

There are other alkaline diets out there and sometimes one will contradict the other.   If you are doing an alkaline diet you just have to pick one and run with it.   You will know if something is bothering you.  If any food makes you sick, just don't eat it.

I do eat from the left side, but very, very sparingly.   If I have a piece of beef, it is a very small piece.  If I eat pinto beans, I don't eat many.

  2. I admire you so much for being able to eat so pure. I eat healthy, but I'd have a hard time staying completely away from treats!

  7. I wish I could be as strict as you when it comes to dieting. Im on a gall bladder diet but I have been cheating on it lately. I hate to do that because I dont want them getting any bigger of infected but yummy food is soooo tempting, especially while pregnant!

  9. I'm sure you have a pretty good system in place now. You probably don't even need to refer to that chart that much anymore!

  11. Hi
So did you cure your candida through the alkaline diet? Im on my 2nd week of the anti candida diet and have just learned about the alkaline diet by reading on the ph balance. This diet would be much easier to follow in my opinion than the strict one im on which is basically veggies and lean meat.

  12. Nadia,
I did not cure my candida with just the alkaline diet. I did a lot of parasite and liver cleansing along with it.

Here is a post I did

  14. I heard of something similar (I think) the Hallelujah diet. I know someone who is hoping it will help with his cancer, as he doesn't have much options at this point.
