When I was doing the Deep Sinus Cleanse, my ears got so blocked that I could hardly hear, and the pressure in my ears was terrible. My ears would ring like there were a bunch of crickets in them.
I decided to give my ears a sort of massage that worked to drain the eustachain tube and relieve the pressure. This also helped to unblock my sinuses a little. Just to let you know, the eustachain tube is the tube that runs from the inner ear to the back of the throat. If it gets blocked (usually from sinus drainage, it can cause pain and in my case ringing in the ears.
First, I used drops to reduce the pain and swelling in my ears. I used things I had in my kitchen like garlic and oil or onions and oil. When I found I had candida / thrush / fungus, I used either grapefruit seed extract mixed with some alcohol or collodial silver to kill the yeast.
Next, I used the Lymphatic Drainage Massage
1. I would grasp my lower ear and begin stretching and massaging it. After a few minutes of that, I would start milking my ear lobe by pulling it down and squeezing it.
2. Now, I place my finger in the indentation just under the ear and behind the jawbone. I would gently move my fingers down, going back up to do it again. I did this about 20 times
3. I had hard lumps in the side of the throat area, these are lymph nodes. I would massage them.
I was surprised how fast it moved the mucus out of my throat and down. It made my ears stop feeling all the pressure. It took away most of the pain I had.
