Cleansing The Mouth And Throat To Get Rid Of Candida And Bad Bacteria ~ This Will Work Great For Thrush

When I started the Deep Sinus Flush, I had no idea that I had candida in my throat, ears and sinuses.   Well,  It is par for the course when you have systemic candida. Just when you think the candida is gone,  it pops up somewhere else.

How do I know I have candida in my throat?  When I would wash my mouth out with mouthwash it would kind of burn, so I got a flashlight and looked into my throat.  Sure enough, there were the tell tale white patches.  Candida!!  If it is in my throat, it is in my sinuses and ears.  Candida is most likely what is causing the ringing in my ears and cracks on my tongue, plus the burning tongue.   I had no idea!

The best thing I found that is working for me is Grapefruit Seed Extract.    I use GSE in water and gargle with it making sure it hits the back of my throat.  I also try to hit my tonsils because I seen some white on them too.  The back of my tongue is another area that I am concentrating on.     I also swish it around the tongue and teeth for awhile before I spit it out.

Right after I am finished, I look in my mouth and throat, most of the white is gone.... so it does work.  I just have to find a way to keep it away forever.

Here are other things I used to gargle with (I mixed these with a little water)
Grapefruit Seed Extract
Grape Seed Extract
Colodial Silver

I also started taking antifungals by mouth and cutting back on my carbs.

If you decide to do this... Do It At Your Own Risk...   I do some pretty crazy things.  Some of them work and some of them don't.  This worked for me.

Below is a recap of everything I did to stop the ringing in my ears, heal my burning cracked tongue and clean my sinuses.

  2. Grape Seed extract is a wonderful oil. It's lightweight, good for sensitive skin, and great for salads. Keep up the fabulous work, Journey. Yeah! Cheers!!

  3. Hey... have you tried to NeilMed Sinus Rinse? It's FABULOUS!!! It's sort of like a Neti Pot, but much better, because you squeeze the bottle of saline and it forcefully flushes out your sinuses. It's sort of like a sinus enema, if you will. Once you get past you're brain's alarm that you're drowning... it's really not bad at all. And you wouldn't BELIEVE how well it cleans out the sinuses. I've had sinus infections that wouldn't go away with antibiotics and decongestants and all the other crap the docs prescribed. A couple of flushes with the sinus rinse and I was good as new.

The saline kills bacteria and makes your sinuses an inhospitable environment for nasty pathogens, so perhaps it might be something you'd like to try! I HIGHLY recommend it... it has saved my tail many times. Just make sure you get the "Sinus Rinse," by NeilMed, not the Neti Pot.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions... I really think this could help you though!

  4. Oh, also... I've heard that the best way to prevent disease and pathogens in your body in general is to keep your body in as much of an alkaline state as you can. I'm sure you've probably heard that already, but I know there are things you can do and specific foods you can eat to make your body more alkaline, so that pathogens can't take hold.

Okay... I'll stop babbling on in your comment section now. LOL!

    Smiles, Jenn

  5. gentian violet works great for thrush too. It is my go-to thrush killer. The bad thing is that it also kills the good bacteria in the mouth too so I only use it for a couple of night. I coat the roof and back of my mouth with it just before I lay down to sleep and in the morning it is mostly gone. Two days of it and it is completely gone. It tastes HORRIBLE but SO worth it in the end. So far it is the only thing I have tried that gets rid of a thrush outbreak for me. I am going to have to give the grape seed extract a try next time.

  7. I use Grapefruit Seed Extract Liquid Concentrate to cleanse our toothbrushes. I use 12 drops and a 1/2 glass of water and soak the toothbrushes for 10 minutes. You can tell it's working by looking in the glass. You will be amazed. I have also cleaned my razors and there is more amazement. Give it Try!

  8. ohsunshine2011,
I have put the grapefruit seed extract on my toothbrush, but never soaked it in water with it. I am going to try it. I know my doctor uses it to clean his instruments in his office.
