Marks On My Skin ~ Are These Liver Spots? Are These Moles? How I finally Got Rid Of It

Check out this spot on my stomach.  I don't know if it is a mole, liver spot, mark....  I don't know what it is and the Doctor has no idea either.  It was right on my waist where my jeans would rub and irritate it.   I tried everything to get rid of it.
I have had these marks on my skin for years.  They started small and grew.    The little one is different from the big one.    I am not going to show you how I got rid of the little one, but I will never do it again.

This is after putting garlic on for 3 days.   I don't notice much change, except it is lighter in color.

I kept putting garlic on the mark for about a week.  I also had these same things in my belly button and put garlic in there also.  DON'T USE THE GARLIC ON YOUR SKIN!!.  Look what it did in my belly button.

All the garlic seemed to do was burn my skin, ... so no more of that.  My belly button got so red from using the garlic oil.

After trying Garlic, Oil Of Oregano, Clove Oil, Coconut Oil, Flax Oil and many other things.... I still had this mark.

Finally I figured out how to get rid of it!!

Here It is about a week after starting my treatment.  It looks sore, but it isn't.

It took about 2 or so weeks to get it to this point

After about a month, The mark is gone but there is still a red mark.  If you look in my belly button, you will see one of those marks in there also.   There are about 3 of them right close to each other.

This Picture is probably 2 months after I started my treatment.    Now, I can hardly see the mark at all.  I am very happy with the way it turned out.

What did I use to get rid of it.  Corn Remover!!

I don't know if it is good to use corn remover, it would burn when I used it, and I had to be really careful that I didn't get it on the surrounding skin.

Here is something else I want to show you on my back

I have had these for many years, ...  Well,  not all of them.  Lately, I have gotten many, many more.   I think they have something to do with my liver not working right from the candida and parasites.

I am so excited about this!!!  I am sure many of you know Alicia, who writes the blog  Eco Friendly Homemaking..   She also has an online store Eco Natural Soaps, where she sells soaps and cream for people with skin problems.    Well..... Alicia ask me if I would like to try one of  her products for some of my problems.   I can't wait!!!!

So,  I will be doing some posts on getting rid of  some of my skin and nail problems.  If any of you have skin issues, be sure to check out Alicia's store.   They have many different products for skin problems and they also have Pet Skin & Paw Balm.   Joint & Muscle Relief - Arthritis Balm.

There are quite a few things I could use!!

  3. Hi Miriam,
It seems I have to figure it out myself. Doctors have no idea what is going on.

Tawna!!!!!! It did work, but for my back... I would spend a fortune trying to get rid of them.

When i saw a doc about a year ago he told me i would have to go to cosmetic surgery to get it removed and it will cost so needless to say I am waiting for some money to come in so i can get it removed and hope it doesnt come back.

  9. SocialStudiesSoubrette,
I was very happy to see it go away. It took awhile but it is gone now. I have something different on my leg that I am working on. I think this one is a mole for sure.

    Mizzreviewlady,
I would not recommend this treatment on your nose.... It really gets pretty bad looking before it goes away. I hope when you have the surgery it stays away too.

I get little cysts that drive me crazy. I confess that I've cut them out before. They still grow back!!

  15. Grandma Bonnie,
The corn remover burns when you put it on. Be sure to tell her that. I didn't care, I just wanted rid of it.

  22. Cool. I'll have to check out her store and see if she has anything good for eczema. My son and I both have VERY sensitive skin and he has eczema and most recently molloscum contagiosum (which are warts) but they are all over him. Good thing they are very tiny.

  23. Sounds like you are figuring a lot out! I find that taking probiotics helps with my son's skin issues. He had meningitis when he was 2 months and has had eczema on his scalp off and on since. It seems like a lot of skin problems comes from within the system. I get probiotics that are refrigerated only. Ones that are made from a lot of cultures. I figure it's a live bacteria, it's better to keep it refrigerated.

  24. Those are "age spots" and they are hereditary. I have lots of them too. I have to go to the dermatologist every 6 months and she always says, "These things are just age spots". But, it would be interesting if there was a connection to candida. I think my entire family has immune system issues. . . my mom has fibromyalgia, my aunt has a thyroid issue and I have this crazy toenail fungus. We've all got issues and I think we all have the age spots. So, it would be interesting to see how many people with these types of issues also have the "age spots".
