Electrolytes are minerals, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chloride and calcium
Here is a recipe that might help put the electrolytes back into your system after dong a liver flush, coffee enemas, exercise, or maybe you have been sick with diarrhea and throwing up.
Use a whole coconut
The Water and the flesh
Sqeeze a lemon or a lime
2 Tablespoons agave
Blend and drink
More recipes to put those electrolytes back
Eight ounces water or broth,
One cup of tomato juice,
One teaspoon of sea salt
Mix Well and drink
Maple Syrup Drink
4 Cups of Water
Handful of ice cubes
1 freshly squeezed organic lemon
2 tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup
1 heaped teaspoon sea salt
Below are some other foods that will help with the electrolytes
Herbal teas (nettle, mullein, alfalfa, rosehips and chamomile are some great options)
Also, I always make sure I take my probiotics.
