To make me go... It was like I had to set a bomb off in my colon.
Early On, when I first found out I had candida, I tried using milk of magnesia. I started with one pill a day.
Boil 3 cloves chopped fresh garlic (helps kill candida) in 2 quarts distilled water and simmer 5 min and strain.
2 Tablespoons Epsoms Salts ( Draws out negative chemicals)
Put into an Enema bag and use while warm.
Let me tell you a little bit about coconut oil.
Coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Kills fungi and yeasts that cause candidiasis, ringworm, athlete's foot, thrush, diaper rash, and other infections.

Helps relieve symptoms associated with gallbladder disease.

Relieves pain and irritation caused by hemorrhoids (I really need this after the problem I had having a BM)

The first day I took the coconut oil, I thought it made me kind of sick feeling, but I kept taking it and am so glad I did. No more sitting on the toilet straining.....can you see me....I am patting myself on the back.
Even with the coconut oil, I did not have a BM every day so I have now added Flax Seed and between all of the things above, I am getting on track
Flax seeds contain over a hundred times more of a phytonutrient, known as lignin, than any of its closest competitors, such as wheat bran, buckwheat, rye, millet, oats, and soybeans. Lignins have received a lot of attention lately because of possible anti-cancer properties, especially in relation to breast and colon cancer. Lignins seem to flush excess estrogen out of the body, thereby reducing the incidence of estrogen-linked cancers, such as breast cancer. Besides anti-tumor properties, lignins also seem to have antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.
Flax does work but I needed an easy, quick way to do it every day. I started making my Breakfast Shake. This worked better than anything so far, but if I didn't do it, I was back to being constipated.

If you are low in magnesium, it is going to affect your Bowel Movements.
Another thing that works is Senna Leaf Tea. Again, I didn't want to become a slave to this, so I don't use it very often.
