Rice, oats millet, quinoa, amananth, feff, tapioca, buckwheat, red or gold potatoes with the skins on and whole grains
Starch to Exclude
White Flour and Processed Grains
Bread/Cereal
Products made from rice, oat, buckwheat, millet, potato flour, tapioca, arrowroot, amaranth or quinoa whole grains
Bread and Cereal To Exclude
White Flour and Processed grains
Legumes (Vegetable protein)
All legumes, including beans and lentill, orgainc tofu, tempeh, soybeans, soy milk or other soy.
Nuts and Seeds
Almonds, cashews, walnuts sesame, (tahini) sunflower, pumpkin, nut butters (except peanut butter)
Nuts and Seeds to Exclude
Peanuts and Peanut Butter
Meat and Fish (animal protein)
All fresh or frozen hormone free fish, chicken, turkey, wild game, lamb, canned, water packed fish or beef.
Meat and Fish To Exclude
Processed beef, pork, cold cuts, frankfurters, sausage, canned meats (other than water packed fish), shellfish.
Dairy Products and Milk Substitutes
Milk substitutes such as rice milk, almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, or other nut milks. Egg substitues
Dairy Products and Milk to Exclude
Milk, cheese, cottage cheese, cream, yogurt, butter, ice cream, frozen yogurt, non dairy creamers and eggs
Fats
Oils, cold pressed Olive, Flaxseed, safflower, sesame, walnut, pumpkin or almond
Fats to Exclude
Margarine, butter, shortening, processed and hydrogenated oils, mayonnaise, spread, canola
Beverages
Filtered or distilled water, decaffeninated herbal tea, seltzer or mineral water
Beverages to Exclude
Soda pop or soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, other caffeinated beverages
Spices and Condiments
Apple cider vinega, all spices, including salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, dill, garlic, ginger, carob, oregano, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, thyme or tumeric
Spices and Condiments to Exclude
Chocolate, ketchup, relish, chutney, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, other condiments
Sweetners
Brown rice syrup, fruit sweetners, blackstrap molasses, stevia, raw honey and organic maple syrup
Sweetners To Exclude
White or brown refined sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, hight fructose corn syrup

I can't imagine having Candida as long as you have. It seems it should go away, with medication, in a couple of weeks. That's been my experience. Maybe it was a different strain??? Wishing you the best. Following.
ReplyDeleteI treated my candida with herbs, not something the doctor subscribed... so it took longer to get it under control. Most herbs are safer than using things like diflucan. In fact.... my doctor would not give me diflucan because it has so many bad side effects.
