Dark Circles Under Eyes

If you have dark circles under your eyes, It is possible that your iron intake is low Or You Have Parasites.   You may have both... like me.

My iron happened to be low because parasites were sucking the life blood out of me.  I am on the Humaworm Parasite Cleanse and right now, into my third week.  I seem to be getting better daily.  My eyes have lost most of the dark circles around them.  They are still darker, but not as bad.  Check here for symptoms of Parasites  https://humaworm.com/symptoms.html

Here are some other symptoms of low iron
•sudden pale skin tone changes
•Fatigue
•unusual irritability
•Dizziness
•Sore tongue
•Brittle finger and toe nails (calcium as well)
•Regular frontal headaches
•Cold hands and feet
•Shortness of breath

There are natural ways to increase your iron ( I happened to take a few iron capsules, but only a few)
 
Baked Potato With the skin on
Beans
Shrimp
Oysters
Beef Liver
Beef
Turkey
Asparagus
 
You May Not Be Absorbing The Iron, These Foods Can Help
Fruits
Broccoli
Brussle Sprouts
Tomatoes, Tomato Juice
Green and Red Peppers
Orange Or Orange Juice
Cantaloupe
Strawberries
Meats, Fish, Poultry
 
 
If you drink coffee, tea, red wine, soy products or eat sweet potatoes... this interfers with the iron absorption.   So try to limit those.

    I had about 5 of those symptoms myself. I had no idea it was from low iron.

    I was told that "older women don't need iron" I believed it... until I used it and started getting better. I had to first get rid of the parasites that were sucking it out of me.

  4. the last time i checked my iron was @ 18 and before the pills it was 7. Doc didn't and still doesn't understand y its so low. I've stopped taking the pills cuz waiting to start the humaworm cleanse to see if there will be a difference.

  5. Most women suffer from low iron from what I understand. The reason for this being that we have a period every month which affects our iron. This also causes most women like myself to become anemic. Just thought I would throw that in there I am just hopping by via the blog hop you can find me at  The Mommy Chronicles

  6. If you take iron at bedtime, more gets absorbed and it doesn't upset your stomach as much. Unless you are iron anemic, you don't need to take it every day. I take supplemental iron once a week, because I have malabsorption disease. I think this was probably caused by the parasites, and it will correct itself when they are gone.
