Apple Cinnamon Tea ( Cold Cure Tea )

NOTE: This blog is for my own healing, if you read and try something I do... you will be trying it at your own risk.  I do some pretty crazy things to heal, some work, some don't.  So please, check with your doctor before you do anything I do.

Well, since I posted the cold cure soup, I had someone email me and ask if I had something that would not make their breath smell.  It just so happens,..I do have this Apple Cinnamon Tea For Colds and Flu

Apple Cinnamon Tea

Use as many apple skins as you want or you can use apple juice

Put 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon into 4 cups of water along with the apple skins (If you are using apple juice, omit the water and apple skins.

Simmer on top of stove for 15-20 minutes. You may need to add more water. Make it taste the way you would like it to, for instance.... I add a lot more cinnamon. I also add cloves because they have antiseptic properties which can help fight viruses. Cinnamon fights inflamation and is an antifungal.

Sweeten with honey ( If you have used apple juice, you may make it to sweet if you add honey so taste before you add anything.) SINCE I CAN'T USE HONEY, I JUST USE THE STEVIA

This tea gets a little thick but that is what you want, It will stay in your throat and help if you have a sore throat.

This is a very easy recipe and that is just what you need when you have a cold.

I put my tea into jars and store it in the refridgerator for up to a week, sometimes a little longer.

If this does not clear your sinuses, you may want to add more cinnamon while you are drinking the tea.  You can also add cloves while you are cooking it.
