Going through candida has been one of the toughest things I have ever experienced. I became so tired and weak that the muscles in my body turned to jelly, I also lost over or close to 20 pounds.
My arms and legs look like an 80 year old womans. I am 59 and should not have the old sagging skin I have. I really think it is time to do something about it!!!
Now that my candida is under control, plus,...I am feeling like a human being again. I have decided to start doing some strength exercises.
I bought myself an exercise ball, 3 pound weights and a stretchy thingy. That stretchy thingy really works the muscles in my arms and shoulders. I stand on the center of it and pull the straps up with my hands.....Whew!!! It sure gives me a great workout.
I do my back strengthening exercises on the ball. I lay across the ball, lift one arm and the oposite leg and hold it for about 20 seconds. You can also do situps on the ball, but.. It seems I have no coordination and tip it. I am getting much better at it though.
If you decide to start exercising, don't push to hard or to fast. You will hurt so bad the next day you might never want to do it again.......THIS IS THE VOICE OF EXPERIENCE TALKING....
